Knowing the candidate: We also try and do the reference check of the candidate. This is done by speaking to the candidate over the phone and meeting them if required. However, the tangible details about the candidates from FutureCall should not be taken as the final word for those candidates.We would request our Client to verify for the genuineness of candidates at their end. This would help in crosschecking the candidates' details as provided by them.
Priming the Candidate: In FutureCall, we understand that each client is unique in its own way and hence have separate aspiration levels from the set of profiles we introduce them to, for the hiring process.
We try and prime the candidate by consulting them on what is expected of them and the right kind of attitude required for approaching the client organization. This helps in smoothen the process of selection and avoid expectation mismatch.
