Screening Process

Once we arrive at the *mutual agreement* of working together towards the HR needs of our client, we request them to give FutureCall an exhaustive download about the company and the profile required for the new opening, with them.

Our Recruitment Team, screens the 'right man'. With long professional and social contacts they have already built bridges to gap the distance - the distance between you and the person you want.

Our policy is to first study and analyze the recruitment assignments, location, job prospects growth potentials, working atmosphere and not just the financial rewards.

FutureCall have practiced and perfected the technique over the last FIVE years. Online resume search, head hunting, orientation sessions differentiate FutureCall from other recruiting agents in the recruitment space.

  • The profile, once understood, are searched from our database. In this search, we just try and match the 'skill sets' of the prospective candidates with the profile required by our client.
  • The candidates shortlisted in the first round are 'spoken to' over the phone. In this telephonic conversation, we try and judge their overall interest level for the suggested opening, their communication skills, overall attitude of the person over the telephonic conversation.Here, we verify tangible details about the candidate's present profile,like, years of experience, salary present/expected, reason for change, time required to join if shortlisted and other details requested by our Clients, to enquire.
  • If we want to be more convinced about the prospective candidate, we try and arrange for a meeting with the candidate. These steps are done keeping in mind the time limit discussed with the client for the recruitment process. This is followed by sending the Profile Details (CVs) of the shortlisted candidates (at our end), to the Client for the final shortlisting of the candidates to be interviewed.
  • When we are ready with the suitable list of candidates, we try and arrange for a meeting with candidates for our client.The candidates before the interview are once again told about the Client organisation and their new job profile.
  • The candidates shortlisted for the subsequent rounds are communicated and the process is continued till our Client finds a suitable candidate for the organisation.
