The terms and conditions proposed by FutureCall Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. to our clients are as under:
- The requirement of Executive Search Services for any opening in the Client organization will be communicated to us through mail or through a meeting.
- The profiling of the candidate for the opening in the Client’s Organization would be done from the Client’s side.
- Screened CVs of the candidates forwarded by FutureCall Learning Systems are for the aforementioned opening in the Client’s organization and would be used for that opening only (as discussed with FutureCall Learning Systems).
- CVs of the screened candidates for the aforementioned profile, communicated to us through mail or through meeting, should not be forwarded to any other Organization or any other SBU of the Client or used for any other profile in the Client’s Organization apart from the one discussed with us. However, if need be the services can be extended by FutureCall Learning Systems for other profiles in the Client’s Organization by keeping us informed about the same.
- All communications to the candidates should be channeled through FutureCall Learning Systems, till the time the candidate has been finalized by the client’s organization.
We pledge ourselves with the secrecy of sensitive information passed on to us and abide by all the ethical practices in the industry. No information, about the Client’s Organization or its employees would be shared by us, intentionally, with any other organization.
Payment Terms – Will be discussed once we arrive at a mutual agreement with the client.
